Rate Card

Standard rates (ex-GST) as at 1 July 2023:

Consulting services:

  • $480 per hour for expert staff.
  • $290 per hour for basic tasks.

Materials:

  • $345 per matter forensic collection and preservation.
  • $355 premium subscription search data (if investigation) includes skip tracing, dark web searches, transformations of data points e.g., phone to social media accounts.

This includes basic software and data storage for up to 90 days.

Loadings

Our normal turnaround time is ten business days.

For more urgent work:

  • After hours and weekend work – 150% of rates provided or quoted above
  • Urgent matters – same day or next day collection – 200%
  • Public holiday work – 200%

Varied rates are available for repeat customers and customers who have unique reporting requirements and who offer us ongoing business.
